Join Theresa Hansen for this fun filled Black Light BUTI Yoga class, on Friday April 22 @6:15 PM
“BUTI” in Indian Maharathi means the cure to something that is hidden deep with. Our goal in BUTI is to unlock the Shakti energy trapped in the lower two chakras. In this 45 minute class you will move your body in a way that unleashes tension, tightness and pent up emotions from the lower 2 chakras through yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics. In this class expect to raise your heatr rate while having a lot of FUN!
Dress in your UV colors and adorn yourself in your UV paint for this 45 minute BUTI yoga dance party.
* Paint and temp tattoos will be available. Recommend coming in at least 15 minutes early so paint dries.
This event is located at HIIT 30, 600 E. Carlson St. Ste 100 D in the northeast corner of the Element Church complex. HIIT 30 faces Weaver Rd.
This event starts on time, please arrive near 6 pm to get settled in before class starts.
End the evening with a refreshing FitAid (or other drink of your choice) and some healthy snacks.
