Beginner yoga series

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until May 26, 2022
The beginning of the spring is always an opportunity to reevaluate ourselves, lives, goals, etc.
Would you like to see a shift in yourself for the rest of 2022?
Would you like to learn ways to relax, calm yourself, feel better about the person you are, improve mobility, strength, and tone your muscles? Did you even know that yoga could help do all of these things? Oh, it can do more! Want to sleep better, have better sex, eat better, improve circulation, etc. Yes, yoga can help improve all of these things you may or may not struggle with.
Perhaps you just want to learn some yoga postures and flows and become part of a tribe that supports you in this journey of life.
In this 4 weeks series I can help you to begin the movement toward improving all of these things. You will learn the basics of lunge, Sun A and Sun B and the warrior families.
Theresa will teach you the foundation of which most yoga classes are built upon. After this series you will feel comfortable attending a yoga class anywhere.
This series will meet for 4 consecutive Thursdays in May
6:15-7:15 pm.
May 5, 12, 19, & 26
We will meet at HIIT30.
Please bring a yoga mat.
